Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Special Education, or related field (minimum requirement)
- No previous teaching experience required; enthusiasm for working with EAL/SEN students is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs effectively
- Basic knowledge of UK curriculum standards preferred but not mandatory
