About This Role
Al Jazeera Academy (Secondary School) is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join our committed team at this dynamic and developing institution.
Our Maths department has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in AS Level and IGCSE assessments, consistently ranking as the top department within the school. Our educators benefit from a diverse range of teaching resources, enabling them to deliver lessons that are engaging and of high quality.
Each student at our academy is equipped with a tablet (Windows platform) to enhance their educational journey. Our students demonstrate a keen interest in Mathematics, with the entire IGCSE cohort scheduled to take their exams early in January of Year 11.
The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced team well-versed in our established systems and practices. The department consists of 7 teachers alongside a Head of Department.

Al Jazeera Academy is part of the Ta'allum Group of Schools, a reputable and expanding organization that includes three distinguished partner institutions. Due to increasing demand, there are plans to open two new Academies in Doha in the near future.

Document Requirements:
Candidates will need to provide notarized and attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage certificates, and dependent birth certificates. Further specifics will be communicated.
The selected candidate must present a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) prior to the finalization of employment. Those residing outside the DBS jurisdiction must obtain an equivalent certification from an appropriate authority in their home country.
