Teacher of Spanish (with French)

We are seeking a passionate and engaging teacher of Spanish, with the ability to teach French, to join our collaborative and well-led languages department. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic educator who fosters a classroom environment that inspires creativity, confidence, and excellence. They will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and pastoral teams within our diverse community. A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership is essential.

Qualifications and experience:

• Recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Secondary school teaching experience.
• The ability to mentor and coach students, including prefects and emerging leaders.
