About This Role
Ormiston Endeavour Academy is a rapidly growing, 11-16 School committed to providing students with the best opportunities. We are seeking to appoint a colleague to the role of Head of Mathematics who shares our ambition to see all students thrive and demonstrate excellence in their studies and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- A passion for mathematics and teaching.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons.
- The ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff
- Assess and monitor student progress with rigour to inform future learning across the department
- Develop and implement a curriculum which is aspiration, challenging and accessible.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire students.
