Y9-13 Assistant Head of English

Southern Cross Campus is a Y1-15 composite school in South Auckland with a reputation for being loyal, passionate and a hardworking school community.

We are looking for a Years 9 to 13 Assistant Head of English who will bring to this role, New Zealand curriculum knowledge, build strong pastoral relationships with our students, and have empathy with our school community whānau.

The successful candidate must support the proud character of Southern Cross Campus and contribute to the school's co-curricular life.

Applicants must be registered with the New Zealand Teaching Council.

The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from 62k to 90k, depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience.  Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
