Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons in an engaging way while utilizing visual and auditory resources to enhance learning in accordance with IBO standards.
• Offer personalized instruction for each student, fostering an interactive learning environment.
• Develop and share educational materials, including notes, summaries, and assignments.
• Evaluate and document student progress, providing grades and constructive feedback.
• Keep the classroom clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, parents, and community members, participating in regular meetings.
• Actively contribute to a positive school atmosphere and represent the institution well in the community.
• Plan and implement educational activities and events both in the classroom and outdoors.
• Observe student behavior and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns regarding neglect or abuse.
• Advance professional skills and knowledge by attending workshops and conferences.
• Engage positively and effectively in school-wide professional development initiatives.
• Respond constructively to feedback.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures while consistently enforcing school rules.
• Take appropriate precautions to ensure student safety at all times.
• Be willing to extend work hours beyond the school day when necessary to support students’ learning.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain a transparent and honest relationship with the principal.
• Exhibit patience while working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities.
