Candidate Requirements
Candidates must:
- Hold a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent in Secondary education or a comparable qualification
- Have experience teaching the British curriculum for GCSE and A-Level (KS3/4/5)
- Display exceptional subject expertise
- Demonstrate experience working in a high-performing teaching team
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England
