Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree relevant to the subject or equivalent.
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it with students.
  • Experience teaching GCSE and A Level.
  • A minimum of three years of experience; however, new teachers with potential for excellence are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results.
  • Strong collaborative skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Evidence of recent professional development pertinent to this role.
  • Innovative ideas to enhance the profile of the department within the school.
  • Proficiency in ICT reflecting the significance of technology in modern classrooms.
  • Commitment to the extra-curricular program.
  • Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.
  • An innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience working overseas or with international students.
